Balanced with Becs is a nurse-led women’s wellness space, dedicated to helping women find balance and thrive. With a deep understanding of women’s health, I combine my expertise as a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic massage practitioner, and sound therapist to create a holistic approach to wellbeing.
My sessions are rooted in cyclical living, recognising the natural rhythms of your cycle, the female body and working in with your hormones, not against them. Whether that's through women’s yoga, therapeutic Ayurvedic massage, or the deeply restorative power of sound therapy, my aim is to support hormonal health, reduce stress, and help women feel truly connected to themselves.
