I was tired of being told to “just manage” symptoms.

Yoga, sound healing, nourishing foods and nervous system support became game changers. I also dove deep into women’s health, hormones, and cyclical living, blending that knowledge with my years of clinical nursing experience.

I created Balanced with Becs to help women just like you reconnect with your cycle, regulate your nervous system, and find balance in a way that feels good (and actually lasts). My approach is nurse-led, trauma-informed, and rooted in science.
