From Burnout to Balance

After years in high-pressure nursing leadership roles, I found myself burnt out, bloated, and completely disconnected from my body. Painful periods, postnatal hormone chaos, and relentless digestive issues had become my norm—until I realised: none of it was normal!


I was tired of being told to “just manage” symptoms. 


Sound familiar?

That frustration became fuel. I knew there had to be another way, so I began to rebuild my health from the inside out—learning to listen to my body instead of pushing through. Yoga, sound healing, nourishing foods and nervous system support became game changers. I also dove deep into women’s health, hormones, and cyclical living, blending that knowledge with my years of clinical nursing experience.


Now? 

I support women who are done being dismissed. You know your body. You’re not imagining your symptoms. And yes—you deserve to thrive.


I created Balanced with Becs to help women just like you reconnect with your cycle, regulate your nervous system, and find balance in a way that feels good (and actually lasts). My approach is nurse-led, trauma-informed, and rooted in science.

Women are unstoppable.
