Whether you're seeking hormone balance, nervous system support, or emotional release, these private sessions provide space to rest, regulate, and restore.


You’ll be guided through movement, breathwork, relaxation techniques, or crystal bowl sound therapy – all designed to work with your hormonal rhythms, not against them. This is a truly individualised approach that supports symptoms such as PMS, fatigue, heavy periods, or burnout with compassion and care.
