After many years working in highly stressful nursing managerial positions, I realised something had to change. My own struggles with digestive issues, painful periods, and hormonal imbalances; particularly after the birth of my daughter—prompted me to explore new ways to regain balance in my life.
Determined to find a more holistic approach, I trained as a yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and Ayurvedic massage practitioner. These practices helped me tap into my parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and restore hormonal balance. Yoga, sound healing, and Ayurveda became vital tools in achieving calm, vitality, and overall well-being.
A key part of my journey has been embracing cyclical living—deeply rooted in listening to your body and honouring your natural hormone fluctuations. By syncing with the rhythms of your body, it’s possible to balance energy, reduce stress, and optimise health throughout the month.
As a nurse with extensive experience, combined with my specialised knowledge in women’s health, I now help women achieve hormone balance, reduce stress, and live in alignment with their own cycles.
